'This Is The End' Should Be The End, Maybe

This Is The End = the apocalyptic, world-ending comedy spoof about actors playing themselves and making fun each other and their crappy movies. I was pleasantly surprised by this gathering of buffoons. It was a little boring at first, but once in awhile, I laughed at the jabs of Seth Rogen, Jay Baruchel, and whoever. Once the world started falling apart, things got funny...and scary. I give the writer-directors (Rogen and Evan Goldberg) credit for an original plot and scare tactics. (Tip for future horror movies: Don't use suspenseful music before a scary moment. It has lost it's effect over the years.) Some cameos were also a surprise and added to the fun. The ending featured one of the best music artists of the 1990s; The Backstreet Boys! Their cassette tape was my birthday gift at 7 or 8 years old. Total Score: 7/10 stars. Below is a trailer.
